CALL FOR THE SCHOLARSHIPS APPLICATION IN HEALTH PROGRAMS SEPTEMBER INTAKE 2025

 

INES-Ruhengeri in collaboration with the Ministry of Health through France Expertise in the framework of 4X4 Strategy is excited to announce a full funded scholarship opportunity.  Tuition fees and living allowance for Bachelor of Science in Anesthesia, with Honours.

 

Application Period: From 13^th September 2025 to 17^th September 2025

 

Eligibility Criteria:

a.         Completed general secondary education with one of the following principal subjects: Physics-Chemistry-Biology, Mathematics-Chemistry-Biology, Biology-Chemistry-Geography, Associate Nursing.

b.        At least grade D in both Biology and Chemistry for the certificates obtained in academic years 2023-2024 and 2024-2025.

c.         At least grade C in both Biology and Chemistry for the certificates obtained before the academic year 2023-2024.

Admission Test and Selection process:

1.        Candidates who meet minimum admission requirements as mentioned above will sit for an admission test scheduled on 22^nd September 2025 at INES Ruhengeri.

2.        Final selection of the scholarship beneficiaries will be based on the admission test score.

Note:

1.        Final selected students to benefit the scholarships will sign a contract agreement with MoH to ensure their absorption into the health system after their graduation of which they will be required to serve for a minimum period of time.

2.        Bachelor of Science in Anesthesia is a 4-year full time program. Prospective students who are working may not be eligible for admission unless they terminate their current employment.

3.        Students currently receiving another scholarship funded by the Government of Rwanda or its partners, or those who have been admitted in other programs or universities are not eligible to apply. Any violation of these application requirements will result in immediate disqualification upon discovery, with potential additional sanctions depending on the level of the violation.

4.        Students who graduated from any university-level programs, are not eligible to apply.
